4. When will I get my delivery?

We deliver all our products within 24 hours of receiving the order. If you have a preferred time slot, please let us know and we'll get it done for you.

5. What is my order status?

You can view your order status here— Your order status shows where your order is. Once your order is confirmed you’ll get an email. An SMS will be sent as soon as the order gets shipped, you’ll get another confirmation SMS with the number of the delivery agent.

6. How do I cancel/ modify my order?

7. Will you deliver to my location?

We deliver everywhere in Bengaluru! If you live in the city, we’ll reach your doorstep. We also have a select range that we ship across the country. These are visible on the website depending on the Pincode chosen. 

 8. How do I place an order?

Visit theflavorbag.com. Browse through the products and add the ones you want to cart. Once you’re done, you can check out through the cart page. Enter your name and address and we’ll deliver it to you at the earliest possible. That’s it! 

9. Can I pre-book an order?

Yes! While ordering you can add a note and specify when you want that order to be delivered. 

10. What mode of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, with internet banking or UPI. 

11. Do you have a physical outlet for pickup?

Not yet! Everything you order is packed and shipped from a central location right to your doorstep.
