Enjoy these deliciously sweet, freshly harvested, and sustainably grown Badami Mangoes that are Sourced directly from local farms in Channapatna (Karnataka) for a true farm-to-table experience.

Badami Mangoes are deliciously sweet and have pale yellow skin that encloses a juicy, bright yellow flesh.

They can be eaten raw, blended into a smoothie, or used in desserts such as cheesecakes, fruit custards, etc.

How to Store:

It may take 3-5 days for mangoes to ripen once we deliver. Store them at room temperature in the box in the open air. Keep monitoring them, they might ripen quicker.

P.S : Green mangoes can be ripe too!

To check when mango is ripe, apply firm but gentle pressure to the fruit. If it gives slightly when squeezed, it is ripe and ready to eat. It will also emit a slightly sweet and fragrant aroma from the stem end as it becomes ripe. Once mangoes start turning yellow, you can dip them in water for a few hours before consumption. This will remove the excess heat from the Mangoes.

Don’ts: Don’t wait for them to turn to a fully bright yellow color.

Do’s: Do watch out for the top central area, if it starts turning black, it is advisable to cut them as otherwise, they will start turning black due to over-heating.

Storage: Once ripe, store the mangoes in the fridge
