Majige Menasinakai is one the traditional recipes mostly prepared in Summer season. This is also called Sandige Menasinakai, Mosaru Menasinakai. One of the musts for every kitchen pantry. Have it as an accompaniment along with some mild curry like majjige huli, or curd rice, etc, and use it for tempering many dishes as it gives a very nice flavor.
